This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for theCCpeeps. If anything here is unclear, email support@theccpeeps.com before making a payment.
Studio and project services
Custom software, design, automation, and consulting engagements are quoted and agreed individually. The specific payment, milestone, cancellation, and refund terms for each engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement you sign with us. Where work has already been delivered or is in progress, fees for that work are non-refundable unless your agreement states otherwise.
Products and subscriptions
The theCCapps products are currently in development. When a paid product or subscription launches, its billing cycle, cancellation process, and refund window will be published here and shown at checkout. You will be able to cancel a subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email support@theccpeeps.com with your name, the service or product, and your order or invoice reference. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
