Our Vision.

We envision a logistics and supply-chain landscape where the world's most complex mathematical models are accessible, transparent, and intuitively designed.

Our Mission.

Business model innovation is about creating tangible value for companies and replacing outdated, bloated methods of doing business. Our mission is to execute on this by addressing the unsatisfied needs.

Frequently asked questions

Will this work with the unique workflows and processes we already have?

Yes. We focus exclusively on warehouse, logistics, and supply-chain operations. We know that in your industry, an inefficient pick-path, a poorly slotted warehouse, or a missed compliance alert directly bleeds your margins. We design our systems by first understanding your operational "pain" - the daily frustrations, congested workflows, and manual data-entry tasks that keep your floor managers up at night. We don't force generic software into your specific routines; we build decision engines that fit how your business actually moves.

We already use an ERP system like SAP or Oracle. Do we really need your solutions?

While ERP systems provide a vital backbone for integrating finance, production, and marketing databases, they have significant limitations. ERPs are notoriously expensive to customize, can be too complex for many companies to adjust to, and are generally not well-suited for cross-company collaboration. Highly specific operational needs - advanced strategic analysis, discrete-event simulation, and complex supply-chain scheduling - often require custom, best-of-breed solutions rather than a generic ERP module.

How we fix it: We don't replace your ERP; we build decision-engines that work alongside it. For example, our Nexus system sits securely on top of your existing database, letting managers query complex logistics records using natural language - giving you the advanced analytics your ERP lacks, without the cost of heavy customization.

Our floor managers and staff often resist new software. How do you ensure adoption?

Employee resistance is one of the greatest risks when installing new IT systems. Transitioning to new software is difficult because employees are forced to learn new processes, which can be highly complex or frustrating, leading them to resist the technology outright. This resistance is magnified when the software has a complicated, poorly organized user interface.

How we fix it: We design from the perspective of the end-user. Because we originated as a creative collective, our industrial engineering is always paired with a designer's eye. We build systems your staff will want to use, dramatically reducing the friction and training time typically required to transition to new operational software.

How do you ensure your models actually save us money instead of just shifting costs?

Supply-chain operations are entirely driven by trade-offs , balancing inventory holding costs against transportation costs, or efficiency against responsiveness. A common trap is optimizing a single department (like purchasing) without realizing it negatively impacts another (like transportation planning).

How we fix it: True operational innovation is about improving overall performance despite these inherent trade-offs. We use advanced network optimization and discrete-event simulation to calculate these multi-objective trade-offs before you commit capital. By looking at the holistic picture - from inbound freight to facility layout - we ensure the ROI hits your bottom line, not just a single department's metrics.

What kind of track record and expertise does your team actually bring to the table?

You are dealing with a lean, elite team of mechanical and industrial engineers, AI practitioners, and product designers. Our firm is driven by key resources who possess deep technical and intellectual expertise.
